Message from the President: Welcome Penn State Alumni & Friends, The Harrisburg Chapter, a local affiliate of the Penn State Alumni Association, is dedicated to supporting and growing the Penn State family in central PA. We work throughout the year to plan football tailgates, social events and more, so Penn State alumni, friends, and fans can continue live the Penn State experience here in Harrisburg.
